CONDITIONS OF SALE

SHIPMENTS AND DELIVERIES
Shipments are made in 5/6 days from receipt of payment.
Shipping costs are mentioned in the order form.
Couriers deliver within 48/72 hours after collection (excluding holidays and pre-holidays) with the exception of more disadvantaged areas and islands that may be delayed.
If the payment is made by bank transfer, the shipping times start from the moment of receipt of the transfer.
To ensure the quality of the service and avoid misunderstandings, please enter the exact shipping address complete with your telephone number so that the courier can possibly track you down.
During company closure periods, shipments of the online shop are suspended. These dates are always updated on the news on the site.
We are not responsible for orders left in stock or returned to the sender due to incomplete or incorrect address, absent recipient or cash on delivery amount not available. In this case the product will return to our office and the costs of second shipping will be charged to the customer with a supplement of € 15

PAYMENTS
Payment can be made by PAYPAL and advance bank transfer.
All transactions are secure. The site is equipped with the SSL encryption system that guarantees maximum protection of personal data and payment.

RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS
Returns are accepted only on defects found by the customer upon arrival and confirmed by our quality control staff when the material is returned. The times for making the return request are 7 days from receipt of the product.
We inform you that the display of colors on the site may be different from the real one depending on the characteristics of the device that is used for display.
Any type of return must be agreed. Please contact us directly at the following email address: devese@devese.it
The product that is returned must arrive in perfect condition with original packaging and accompanied by the label as received with a copy of the DDT that was attached to the package. If the product is not eligible, no return authorization will be given.
